    Need Help!- HITACHI H20SII documentation

    Hi!
    I need documentation HITACHI H20SII lx3 controller. I have only a programming manual. I miss the electrical diagram and operating instructions. Machine nr.24682.
    Can someone help me with at least electrical diagram? Currently I have defective servo Z. Power supply CACR SRCB is bad. Yaskawa europe doing repairs.
