moriseiki MV40 EX561 OIL PRESSURE LOW

I have problems with moriseiki MV40 CNC control MF- M7 fanuc apparently they erased the parameters and fortunately after a month and I found them for loading. now it starts but after a few seconds you send me the low oil pressure alarm EX561. and review all the sensors switches all good, any help or have parameters that controller this. I found dimensions include pump hydraulic the rotation inverted, and corrected ... I hope excuse my English comments.

Then you will need to contact your local Mori Seiki office for this information.

In addition you will also need the data values.

it is a timer on the PMC parameters that watch the pressure switch. Also some D data to let the machine know what lube systems it has. I just looked for the parameters for that series, unfortunately mine don't go back to the M7.

Does the machine have air/oil mist for the spindle? If not you need to double check the lube pump pressure. Should be around 15. Push the manual button on the pump and watch the gauge. If its low, clean the pump, filter(in the bottom of the pump), cap off the outlet and set the pressure regulator in the pump. If all that is good then
Broken flex line ( usually y axis)
Manifolds stuck open, replace ALL of them.

Usually it will display EX561 (1) or Ex561(2) the (?) is the pump number, way lube or spindle lube.
