mori jr w/10m atc power off error

ok,it is a mori jr w/ 10m fanuc, the machine was in use about 4 week at new home shop, then lost the tool changer(1 arm - drum) noticed i burned out the znr ,surge diode, replaced that,there was no other fuses blown,all the lites are green and the num,1 shown on main back mboard,the machine will home but i have 2 problems or more, 1, the single blk light is stuck on,all other buttons will switch on/off around but thatone wont clear.2.there are two error mess,the one to operator is a 35 num(-power off during atc cycle,) ive tried to manual cycle tru,no luck i buoght from factory the maint,and op fanuc manuals but they dont help, a membr offered his steps on atc recovery (thank you texas) but i think the controls or control panals are difernt ,i rechecked power in and now have one leg (mid)higher than the others, a 233t2,were t1 was 219 as well as t3 221,i know thats a diffnt thread but does that indifferance afect the drive voltage causeing problems,note i cant seem to get the machine to mdi a move but machine will home. params are still there but not sure if i need to re init memory or something,please help like the comon theme -im new to this old control -me fanuc in genrl, cinci/okma guy. thanks steve.
