MH-40 problem?

I have a Mori seiki's MH-40 HMC equipped with Fanuc 6M cnc system. Presently I am getting following alarms:
-- 2009 PRM Interlock
-- 2062 Cycle memory
X, Y & Z axis's are moving except B axis in Jog mode but in auto mode I am getting 2062 (Cycle Memory) alarm.
Kindly help me to solve this problem.

This Cycle Memory alarm occurs when the tool changer does not finish it's specified cycle . To clear this alarm put machine in MDI and hit command button until the page shows next block MDI. hit Push M31/input/start and then M35/input/start. The screen should now read return cycling . Around by the tool magazines there is a button that says return cycle and the button on it should now be lit up .Press and hold this button until the tool changer completes whatever cycle was interrupted. The light on the button should go out when it's finished. One thing to watch for when this occurs is that the spindle and mailn arm now have the tools in them that they should . For example in my programs my tool commands are as follows T2M6 . The machine reads the M6 first and then it goes after tool 2 for the next operation . Sometimes when this cycle is interupted and you return cycle it will complete the tool change part, but NOT go and pick tool 2 out of the magazine . If that happens then at the end of the tool your running it's going to put the first tool back into the spindle instead of tool 2 and you can crash big time . I think after you do this it will also clear up your parameter alarm . If not then Go to MDI command/ Next block MDI and input M32 /Input/Start and see if that does it . Let me know if you need anymore help . I have been running one of these MH40s for the last 15 years . Doug.
