FM-2 Help Z Axis Motor Amp Combo;FSSB Axis Not Set

Need help clearing an error. We've just received a 98 FM-2/50 from our company's main site machine shop and we've been having some problems. It popped up an error Z Axis Motor Amp Combo which might be associated with a hard limit over travel and FSSB Axis Not Set. You can't use the OT button to hand wheel any axis. We didn't receive some of the manuals with the machine and need help. Called the Mori tech number but they are short handed and we haven't heard back yet and need to get the machine back into production. Any advice would be appreciated.

We could not find the FSSB screen on Fanuc31i

Is any body experienced ?
