Question MH-40 Pallet changer stuck - power outage

we were changing pallets and had a power outage with our MH-40 and M6 Fanuc control. as the pallets were swapping they finished the swap.

We powered back up and use the manual APC command page but no good.

we can m10 and m11 and we hear the pallet clamp and unclamp and get the clamp light to come on/off. In the manual APC page we cannot get the pallet unclamp command to work. We did a m11 unclamp but it still won't lift and turn.

Of course we cannot do anything else until we resolve this (no machine home or manual handle movement etc.)

From the part loading station, down by your right knee there is and access panel. Open it and look for a metal disk on the right side of the gearbox. There is a notch in the disk that needs to line up with the switch.
If it is not there is a shaft sticking out of the other side of the gearbox.
You can turn this shaft (make a socket to fit the end of the shaft) until the notch in the disk lines up with the switch.

M10 and M11 should be B axis clamp, NOT pallet clamp/unclamp. I'm assuming you mean MF-M6 control (16). Custom/type in 98 input. It will ask if you want to bypass the APC interlock, hit yes. BE VERY CAREFUL FROM HERE ON OUT! go to APC manual, and you will be able to execute anything you want. You must be in the initial custom menu screen for the 98 to work, it will not take it once your in APC manual.

NO PANEL REMOVAL, NO TURNING BY HAND REQUIRED, AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED!

    BE CAREFULL

All fixed - thanks !!!! ( I feel like a dope about the B axis clamp command )

we were able to clean the pads while we had it in that state. Yes its the MF-M6 control.
