    Fanuc 10M Need Help

I have a fanuc 10m in a mori mill getting a (d) alarm on main PCB .Been told main board is bad cant find the exact board to replace it has a A16B-1010-0190/04B in it now , have access to a A16B-1010-0190/05B will it work ? Been told as long as the first 12 digits are the same it should but not sure what the last 3 stand for or is the 05B just a update and the boards are the same . Thanks any help will be apreciated
