Mori DuraVertical 5100

Just purchased one of these mills. Part of the whole reason to choose this machine was the implied support I would recieve from Mastercam. There is a cam section on the Mori web site. Now the machine is days away I call my mastercam dealer for a post.

"In regards to your request for the Mori Seki Post processor, please see the attached quote. Please note we can no longer provide any posts for Mastercam Version9 as it is no longer supported. I have attached a quote for the cost of an X2 Mori Seki post. ($500.00) I have confirmed with our post department and the current lead time is 3-4 weeks upon receipt of purchase order/payment.


Please also note that if any modifications will be required, there is also an hourly fee associated to this."

Does anyone have a copy of there V9 post for this machine? It has the fanuc OiM control and a full fourth axis.

New Dura is actually a 0-iMD. Program format was the same as SV503, NV5000, NV5000alpha. We have 7 of them now, but I can't help with mastercam, sorry.
