How do you use dry run on a mori seiki NL 1500 with a mits msx 850 control, I tryed using the program check and it gives me a alarm, something about spindle is off ?

I've only used dry run with machine lock. Thats in the operator screen. You might try turning on Aux Fun lock in that screen. Think it's under setting page.

No luck, I'm trying to use the program check, cant get it to work? for now Im using block skip for the spindle and coolant, it works but Id like to use program check, works on the nakamuras ? Its a button on the control next to the dry run ect.

To test run a program on a Mori without the spindle turning the Dry Run switch must be on.
