    Nl assigning temporary C zero.

locking Caxis then clocking a flat premachined x side face with the Y manually revolving the c axis till parallel with the y movement. Then calling it the new C zero.
I want to mill pocket on the front of job with the wall parallel to the x side.
what is the command to to call up the new c zero anyone please.
In the past we have knocked job round in the machine C zero.

Why not set your C offset in the work offset table? or I'm missing what you want to do. I have indicated the C/L of my #1 jaw to be C0, with that offset in set in the G53 table, that way my jaw fixturing is consistently oriented. Anyway, you should be able to manually jog anything to get your temporary C0, and just put the offset into the G54 or one of the other offset tables if you have multiple setups.
