mid-80's Mori ZL-15SM

Anyone have an Operation Manual for an '80s-vintage Mori ZL-15SM turning center for sale or copy?

Please advise.

Mcode list

The Mcode list is in the ladder diagram. Do you have that?

This machine is a twin turret with a live sub. Some of the M codes in programs left in controller are M200 - M205, which I'm guessing is maybe part of the sub spindle operations. Thanks for the help.

jaherrerra,

Thanks! That's a big help.

Hey, do you have one of these dinosaurs? Maybe we could get a program example from you sometime.

Thanks again,

Mr. Tire,

Yes, we have a hard copy of the ladder and there is a partial m-code list after the address pages. Of course, in the ladder diagram itself, all the m-codes are only listed as addresses with only mnemonic abbreviations that we can only guess at.

A fellow who responded forwarded a fairly complete m-code list that has been tremendously helpful. What we really need now is meanings for the 200-series m-codes for HEAD 2 spindle and examples of how they are used.

Any help you can provide will be appreciated.

m-codes

I'll see if I have anything tonight. The 200 Mcodes, m203,m204,m205 are live tooling spindle commands, that much I know. The rest escapes memory right now.

jcg9393,

What type of control is on that ZL?
I may have something, but it's for an MSC-501/MSG-501 control.

Hi,
I just bought a Mori ZL-15SM (Fanuc OT). Do you got Operation manual? Please share or sell for me.
By the way, can the machine turn Polygon?
Thanks
