Need Help!- about hitachi seihi

We are located in toronto.We have hitachi seiki 23SII. When I try to transfer program from pc to mc my mc froze. When i press editor and select input or output there is nothing coming and my mc is froze and nothing working not even handel or jog .even when i do program with yanuc control and try to transfer program to nc it's froze but i have one program inside if i run that it's running if i go mdi it's running i can modify old program by manual and run but i can't upload new. Before when i perss program call program list was coming but now if i press program call there is no program list and mc froze i don/t know what happen before it was transferring even program list was showing all program

Sounds like your program memory may be corrupted. Is this a Yasnac?
If so go to your program in edit mode and type:

0-9999

...then press the ERS key. This should erase all of your programs. If not please reply with what happened...
