Are you running through a collet or a chuck? Maybe try re-clamping head 1. I take it you're not cutting off or bar feeding? |

| I should have thought of this before, because I've had the same problem. What I ended up doing was using a spring loaded collet stop, on the end of it I threaded a slug approximately the same diameter as the collet diameter. After pick up it would release the the spring tension and the slug would be sticking out of the collet about .100. Then simply re-clamp the collet. I'm sure there is a parameter code, I know you can go into the custom table and switch it so it won't alarm, but you'd have to switch it every time. |
