    Unhappy ZT1500YB Locked programs

    Hi all, i have found myself in a position of needing to know how to create what i believe is an 8000 series program. I have some how deleted a program from the directory by accident that is used as a sub program.

    ;
    G65 P8011 C1.0;(8011 was in the program directory)
    ;

    When this line is read, the alarm says "cant find number".

    8011 was in the directory with the status shown as a folder with a key on it. I know this is edit disable and don't show contents. There is also two more of these folders in my directory and it would be greatly appreciated if some one could tell me how to view the contents of these folders and to also create and modify these. Also the process to punch the contents to a back up such as to a USB.

    Parameter 3202(ne8) bit 0 is lock/unlock of 8000 programs. 3202.4(ne9) is 9000 series. Set to 0 to unlock. They will show a padlock on the program list if locked, no padlock is unlocked.

    Once unlocked, you can edit, punch, delete, etc.

    This is assuming its a Fanuc/Mapps control !

    if you deleted program 8011 you can't just re-create it unless you know what it did. It could be a macro or just regular G-code.
    to punch to USB set the output device to USB and then punch out as usual.
    Do you have the manuals?... the procedure is in there.....

    Thank you underthetire and fordav11. Yes it is a fanuc/mapps control. I do have the manuals and i did copy the program to a card and transfer it to a PC to see what was in it a while a go and there did not appear to be any macros or code in it. This is all i saw,

    8011
    ;
    %

    So i have removed line "G65 P8011 C1.0;" from the program and it runs through as normal, so i assumed that P8011 did not contain any code and i don't see any change by having "C1.0" not used as well.
    I don't have a lot training, i have just picked up as much as i can as i go. I am probably not looking in the right sections of the manuals. I was over tired when the program disappeared and i am now pretty sure i pushed the wrong F key then execute. I think it may have been unregister program from group? I don't know if that is possible? But what ever i did i want to make sure i don't do it again. So any advice will be welcomed thanks guys.

    it looks like someone deleted most of the 8011 program. The G65 passes a C variable to 8011. But 8011 does not contain anything so 99.9% of 8011 has been deleted.
