Mori MT2000 Upper turret

We have just changed worm wheel which rotates upper turret.

In upper turret there is clutch i think 5 degrees dividing. When turning with upper turret it uses this clutch to clamp turret.
So, when milling with upper turret i have understand that upper turret is clamped only with break. Is it possible to clamp with clutch if degrees are correct to clutch dividing ?
