Hitachi seiki s20II trying to install bar feeder

I have a Hitachi Seiki S20II with a seicos L multi controller. I am trying to hook up a new LNS bar feeder to this machine and was looking to see if any one has had any luck with this

It is a new Eco-Load

If you bought new, doesn't the sale include installation/interfacing? I have a newer lathe (HT20SIII) with an older bar loader (Quick Load). I know that the lathe has an optional bar feeder interface board that the bar loader is wired through. Do you know if your machine has that option?

YES IT DOES HAVE A BAR FEED INTERFACE AND YES THE NEW BAR FEEDER CAME WITH INSTAL BUT THE PEOPLE WE BOUGHT FROM SAID THEY DO NOT KNOW HITACHI AND THEY CAN NOT GET IT TO INTER FACE. SO I THOUGHT I WOULD DO SOME HOMEWORK.
