Mori DH-15Y servo turret

Hey Mori Gurus,

I'm working on a Mori DH-15Y machine with a problem on the Head 2 servo turret.

I need to recover the #1 position and have a procedure sent from the local Mori distributor. Unfortunately it doesn't work as written and the distributor will not offer any support.

Do any of you guys have an accurate recovery procedure I can get a copy of? (Mori DH15-Y w/ MSC 516 control)

Any help will be appreciated.

Sorry guys............That's a Mori DL-15Y

Anybody ever replaced the four clamping pistons in the turret? One of the nuts on one of the pistons backed off and jammed the turret and broke the end of the piston shaft.

A disassembly procedure would be helpful
