    Mori w/ nothing happening

First off, thanks to all who helped me in the past!
My problem this time is that the power comes on but the screen has the EMG light come on solid and then on the bottom of the screen has
    MDI RSET EMG

The hydraulics don't fire up, and everything was starting to go up and function until this.

This is an 89 Mori SL-25B with the Fanuc 10t control.

    Thanks again!

    Hello,
I had the same twice recently on a Dainichi also with fanuc 10. First it was an axe over travel. Second it was the thermic of the motor hydraulic that came down during the night.
Sorry for my english, my mother language is french...

Thermal overload would give an EX alarm on a Mori, "Thermal overload trip". Has to be limit switch, Estop PB, or possibly a power supply. Press the OT release button, while holding, press control on, then reset while holding the button. If it comes up, you are on a switch or switch is bad.
