Mori SL-5 / FS-6TB Manual required

I have old Mori SL-5 with Fanuc-6TB but no any manual books. I'm looking for Parameter Sheet, Electrical & Ladder Diagram, Operation & Maintenance manual and part list. If you have the list above kindly PM me.
