Automatic tool prestters for Mori Lathes

Hello again folks, I have been running into issues with getting poor life from my Renishaw RP-3 tool presetter arms. They get used roughly 100-250 times a week (running unmanned lights out 24/7/365), and begin not repeating or simply stop moving. Renishaw has proven to be exceptionally difficult to deal with in this aspect as they have a 3-4 week lead on replacement and simply do not provide replacement parts. So my question is; what other brands have any of you tried? Or, would there happen to be a vendor or independent supplier of Renishaw replacement parts that can get the parts in quickly? Simply, the last arm has the orbital (planetary) gears binding up, not allowing the arm to move. Any help with this is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
