Mori Seiki CL-20A YASNAC

my machine wont run any program it only mark a light that says error.
but when i go to MDI it lets me do anything i want.... can some help me figure out what to do?

Did you zero return it ? is this a new machine for you ? What error light ? Is the door closed ?

yeah I never use a yasnac control, i already send it home and close the door.
dont know what else to try

Did you check the waylube level? Tool presetter? Without more details, can't help any more than that. Should have an alarm on the message page.
