After adjusting x and z value for turret#2, I have EX1992 alarm every time I install tool presetter and also the PST button doesn't work too. When I remove the arm alarm goes off.
Any help? Thnx

How much did you adjust it by and have you tried putting the old values back in?

So I would assume this is a removable presetter. If there is no alarm with the cap on, but it alarms with the arm in, I would assume either the contacts are not mating up with the mount correctly, or the head went bad in the arm. If the machine does not see the correct signal from the arm, it will not go to PSM mode.

PS, I have seen the contact pins on the arm/mount actually broken off, check there first.
