Hitachi Seiki VS40 Seicos Sigma 18M language change

I have bought a Japanese VS40 from Japan and I want to change Japanese into English, can you please help me do it? I researched and changing parameter 9001 will change it to English, but I can't read anything on the screen so I can't change the parameter, please help

IF this has a Fanuc CNC then 9001 will not help you. You need to be in MDI mode or ESTOP. Offset/Settings twice and make PWE a 1, then press the SYSTEM button then PAGE down till you see 3102. Make it ALL 0's. Cycle power

I have changed 3102 and it didn't change anything, I read its parameter in English here Download SEIKI ? SEICOS 10 16 18 21 Maintenance Manual - CNC Manual and it has no option to change language. Is there anyway I can copy new control driver in English?
