We have recently purchased a used HG400 III horizontal. Everything is working fine after we worked a few bugs out. We would like to slow down the pallet change because we are pushing the max load capacity between our tombstone and work pieces. Does any one know if there is a parameter or hydrolic control valve that will do this for us? The machine has a FANUC (SEICOS) 16 M control. Thanks!

If you haven't found it already, the hydraulic solenoid valves under the pallet changer have flow controls on them, you should be able to close them up a bit to slow it down, time out for pallet change is fairly long, I'd have to look it up in the manual. I also have an HG400III in house.

What is the price for HITACHI and the region (country, land)?
We're looking for 30K loaded. We're in Western Canada.
Has tool life management; cut monitoring function; thermal compensation; high pressure coolant; scales
Installed new in 1999.
Plant went through downsizing in 2010, sold off a lot of equipment, this machine was kept because it was one of their best, and has done little work since then.
