Dont get me wrong, you can post where ever you want, I'm not the moderator. Just pointing out thatfrom your pictures I don't see any resemblence to anything in the plans unless you have a different version then the ones I got

This isn't in any way slamming you, you may be selling yourself short on your own design by not creating a forum that brings it front and center. You clearly put a lot of work in re-engineering if you used the plans to the point it is clearly a different CNC machine. Between the gearing alone you have greatly changed the performance characteristics of the machine that a majority of us are building to the point of any feedback you give may not be useful to the general build and plans for anyone to benefit from.
