i have been contouring a helixes with a 1/4 rotation placed evenly at 90 degs from each other all the way around the cylinder with MC 9. The cutter used is custom 45deg./10 deg. single tooth cutter.... the problem is that the cutter is cutting more upon entry than exit even though i have the lead in/out info the same.... any suggestion? |
