Tyre tread

Hello,
How does people make mold for tire tread? Can somebody here direct me to the site about this tire tread mold making? Or is there some threads about this here in cnc zone? I have an old horizontal MC Okuma millac 5H, can I make it in this machine or they need special machinery for it? Thanks. Aristo.

Depends upon the customer and what machines they have.
