| Are you speaking of ball bushings? Reid Tool supply shows some in their catalogue, page 475. They appear to be the Thomson brand.

| yes those are it. Thanks, i'll forward it to my boss. Going to have to figure out some way of mounting it. ![]() Are there any specific for the tool/mold industry. I've looked at Hasco and Anchor Lamina, but all they have is the once with the cage that travels half the distance of the bushing (picture attached), and i don't have the room dme, dms, progressive comp. don't have any what so ever. |

| I have a hole box full of surplus .5 ID linears as in your picture. If buying new I would get IKO for a better price point. I buy at SB Simpson but Ringball is the importer. There is also a very good reason why die sets use the "traveling cage" bearings instead. There is a massive difference in strength and accuracy.

| Thank you all for the replies. We ended up ordering bunch of these http://www.pacific-bearing.com/InchC...earing-IP.aspx In couple of weeks I will let you know how it works out. Stu_M3; Am I blind or is it that DMS doesn't have a real catalog on their site (with those bearings you recommended.) |
