    How to make a mold of this?

    Hi, im new here and was wondering how i would make a mould for the attached items.

    By 3D probing the parts and creating the surfaces in a CAD program.

    Firstly, could you be more specific? Your question could be answered in so many ways.

    For example, do you mean:

    "How/where would I get a mould made?"
    "Could I manufacture the mould myself?"
    "What type of mould design would be preferable?"
    "What type of moulding process would be used to make these parts?"

    Or something like that?

    AT ANYTIME, DO NOT GIVE CHINA ANY JOBS OR DETAILS! I saw too many company that have ask china company to makes their mold and in 2 years after that, they lose contracts because the mold making company have made a copy of the same mold and sell it to a chineese molding company.

    And anyway, they sucks at making precision molds.

    I have the molds you need

    The mold that made the rear wing you have can be bought from the people that made the carbon fiber part pictured. The Arai helmet sales rep contracted Aerodine Composites Group in Indianapolis to build that part along with other components.

    reverse engineering needed

    reverse engineering needed:scan the part and get 3d model data .then you can mold design.
