    Lines in mold

    Hello,
I'm making a mold out of plastic flat stock. While rastering both horizonal and vertical I get lines in the mold. They are not deep and about 1/4" apart on horizonal and 1" apart on vertical.I adjusted for backlash and it did get better in the beginning, but the more it mills the worst it gets.My mold is 2.5 x 5.375 in.It starts about half way across the mould.I don't think it's the z axis, but I could be wrong.Just need some help on this one. Thanks!

Depends on your CAM intol/outtol setting, sometimes raster cut at 0 and/or 90 deg will cause those lines, try raster at 45 and/or 135 deg.
