What I am calling the mold shoe is the "bushing" that slides back and forth under the ti-bars, to help support them. (has bar radius in it to fit) I have been asked to build some, and am wondering about material. the sample I was given seems to be maybe Ampco bronze. I was wondering if some nylon type material would work? |
