What is your problem? The part must be desgned in a CAD program and then the tool paths created in a CAM program and processed for your CNC machine. If you have specific questions regarding your CAD or CAM program utilize the forums here or at Yahoo groups for support. In order to help you need ask specific questions and provide as much context as possible.

Thanks for Halfnutz's reply.
When i design core and cavity in, I don't know how to build ejectior mechanisms, slides, and how many plate should I use. special, How does slides act?.. for holes of this part.
Could U show me the way to desgin the mold for this part?
I'm going the end of time.![]()
I agree, you sure are in the deep end with this one.
Designing a mold for your part will be difficult, even for an experienced tool designer.
Tough, but not impossible. Is this a high volume, automatic mold you are trying to design? Or just a low volume prtotype mold. Low volume is easy you'll have to use some hand load inserts. Higher volume molds you could use mechanical or hydrualic slide mechanism. Might even look at lifters.
That is a tough looking part to mold.
Is there any chance you can re-design the part to make life easier on yourself?
For instance mold the smaller projection by itself, then ultrasonic weld to the main body to make the assembly.
Hi can you put your part in the mold on a angle so it slides straight off your inserts
Thanks to You, all!
This is a tough part, i'm a beginer. So I've not sovled my problem. I could'nt re-design the part
U can see over it and tell me how to win.
@mikegasman. Could u show me more suitabe solutions, above solution lead us to spen more Mold material volume. And there are another sections
I've not made a plastic mold but I would be looking at a insert for the angled slot something like this.
May give you some ideas.
This is a very nice mold. I'm watching to see how molds are made and found this Thread. It looks very difficult around that tab area.
Trying to learn something new.![]()

How about this a hydraulic cylinder moving a slide in and out to move your insert.
