Hello all Im looking at using a press to form a shape in 2mm aluminium I would need to make a former/die to push into the distance to push is 30-40 mm and are gentle curves . I thought of making a metal tray fill with substance sink in pattern remove pattern when set and use virgin rubber as the push. The questions I have are can anyone recommend a substance for the mould that is cheap even just to practice also where to get a rubber block form for the push application.
