Hi! Myself Sanjay from Delhi, India. We want to make Quartz Kitchen Sink.Presently this industry uses Nickel Shells (NVD Technology) as moulds but they are very costly, can anybody suggest alternative cheaper molds for casting these sinks.Somebody has suggested that we cast Aluminium & then make male/female moulds ,afterwards electroplate it with nickel.I am not100% convinced. The material to be cast is 80% quartz & 20% acrylic monomer resin. |
