Looking for someone to design simple injection tools for us

We are looking for a partner to build simple two-part molds for us to use in our semi-automatic injection press.

The molds would be similar to this:
    http://www.injectionmolder.net/ASTM%...%20mold-03.jpg

No cooling, no ejector pins, nothing except perfectly aligned cavities with perfect shut-outs. But we would have more than one simple cavity.

We will be injecting high impact polystyrene (HIPS) and manually de-molding parts.

Besides the tooling work, we would like an acid-etch in order to achieve a nice, matte finish on the parts (but we can always send the final tool out to Mold Tech to do this ourself if this is easier)

We can provide parts in IGES, STEP, Parasolid, STL - whatever you like.

Please PM or reply to get in touch and take a look at our files!

    Thanks,
    Tony

I would love to quote doing the tool design for you. I have been a tool designer for 30 years. I also build and we run them in our plant. We have an edm we could do the texture of a light to heavy depending on draft with it, depending on draft. Let me know if we can help.
