    Question Process/Sources for EPS product

I am wondering if anyone knows where/how I could either:
    • Find already existing source of generic EPS helmet inserts that I could buy and reverse engineer a shell and harness system around
      or
    • An (affordable if possible) source/outfit that will create/sell an EPS mold for said helmets and go into production

I have a shell design and prototype already but am having a real hard time figuring out how to do the next thing. Seems I can't find anyone in the States or Canada that does this and I have never worked with overseas companies so don't really know where to start.

    hello Dan,

If you have confirmed your design, then just send your drawing or model to us to quote for you on cost of building a new mould. We had made molds for USA molding factory. Also if you just need some quantities, we could do CNC machining for you using frame plastic material. Thanks
