Resin Injector machine

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and to this hobby. I overheard people talking about this machine that has 2 or 4 needle point injectors that releases resin and builds resin statues off of 3d images from CAD or software similar. I am having issues searching for the name of this machine. Can anyone help me out and let me know what this machine is called?
