    Hello sochi2018,

Most of those cheap benchtop molding machines from China are hand operated machines for hobbyists, not for production use. If you're looking at making a minimum of 1,000 good quality parts per week, that's 52,000 parts per year. Buy something better or you'll kick yourself for wasting your money on a hand operated machine, you wont' be able to make parts fast enough.

The other thing you should consider is that generally the words "good quality" are not synonymous with Chinese products. I have seen far more problem than success stories when dealing with China. If you buy a cheap molding machine from China and expect to make "good quality" parts you may be disappointed. I know of people who have purchased blow molding machines from China that weren't worth their weight in toilet paper.

Perhaps let an injection molder in your area mold them for you. I don't know anyone in Russia but if you want to have them made in the USA I can definitely help you.

    Have a terrific day!

I totally agree, chinese products are garbage and for you to even use good quallity in reference to anything anything chinese made or comes from a chinese made machine is a joke. You can go on ebay and find a injection molding machine for around 10K that will do what your looking for. I'd recommend having someone in the U.S.A. do these for you if your looking to have them done right, like Robert here. Read some of his posts and he seems to be knowledgeable about injection molding. Good luck

    Hello universalfab,

I was going to mention buying a machine on eBay but I think sochi2018 is in Russia and from what I've seen most of the molding machines on eBay are in the US. The shipping cost to get a machine to Russia would probably kick it out of his price range but you're right, buying a used machine would be a better option than a cheap Chinese bench top machine.

Do you know if there is a Russian version of eBay? If so, that might be a good option.

Have you ever purchased any molds or machinery from China? If so please contact me directly, I'd like to talk with you.

Thank you for the vote of confidence, I appreciate it and hope someday I can return the favor.

    Have a terrific evening!
    Robert
