Mitsubishi M64 Controller HOST E84 CAN'T IN/OUT problem

Hi,

I have a Vertical Machining Center with Mitsubishi M64 Controller. Two days ago, the controller lost all parameters because of the faulty of 3.6V lithium battery. Then I have tried to replace the battery and restore all parameters with the backup in memory cassette. Everything look fine only having a problem with HOST menu under DIAGN/ IN/OUT. "E84 CAN'T IN/OUT" alarm keep appeared in the HOST menu and cannot be removed.

Please help on this!!
