I assume display on your screen shows:
S01 SERVO ALARM:PR 0042 Y

On Mitsubishi 500 series, alarm S01 alarm number 42 corresponds to:
FE1 Feedback error 1: A feedback pulse was omitted in a semiclosed loop.

So feedback error on Y-axis.
