mitsubishi meldas 320 spindle motor parameter help Mitsubishi AC spindle SJ-N 5.5k

Hi

I need help with the parameters of the spindle motor and encoder.
I replaced the controller to a NCT ethercat and need to set the parameters to the ethercat Asyn drive.
I have the original parameter disk but I guess it is in cp/m and I can!t read it maybe it is damaged.
Does someone have the parameters for this ac spindle motor?
what is the resolution of the encoder on it?
