    Blow'n fuse

I just had the fuse blow on my 7x10. So I used the trouble shooting guide from LMS and found that it could be my MOSFETs. Well I have a ton of electronic components laying around. So I searched and search buy no equivalent for the 2SK790. So I started thinking.....hey why not use a IGBT and sure enough they are pin compatible with MOSFETs. So I found that I did have a IGBT (NGP15N41CL) with close specs on hand and swapped them out. Lathe up and running again......

UPDATE: I ran the lathe for a couple of hours this weekend with the IGBTs and no issues what so ever.
