8X12 HF Lathe CNC conversion?

I have a 8x12 HF lathe and am very happy with it but I would like to convert it to CNC. I also have a 8x12 HF mill that I already converted to CNC using hoss's plans.

The problem is I can't find any plan for the 8x12 lathe, I seen fignoggle has something but its not finish nor does it have plans yet.

Anyone converted their 8X lathe to cnc or know where I can get plans?

I'm working on doing the same thing. I want to keep the manual operation of the lathe intact as fignoogle did. I haven't figured out much yet, but my first step is to install a variable speed DC motor that I got from SurplusDirect. It's the 130V model with speed controller board.
