    Deal or no deal Lathe

i been lurking mostly in the Mill forum, but have a chance to buy a clarke metalworker similar to http://store.summitracing.com/largei...k-bt1028_w.jpg for $175.00
I have never used a lathe and don't have anything in mind for it, but we always "need" another tool. anyone think thats a decent deal, or should I just spend the money on more tooling on my mill?

    thx

    Read up over here. http://www.mini-lathe.com/Default.htm

The Clarke is listed in the VERSIONS section. If it has all the accessories and parts, I'd say it could be a handy tool.
