    8x14 Wiring

Hello, I am reinstalling my ac motor on my LM 8x14. I would imagine the HF 8x12 is the same and I cannot remember how it is wired. On the switch I have 4 wires, labeled d1,d2,k1,k2. On the motor I have ground(obvious), u1,u2,z1,z2. I need to have this reversible so I can metric thread. Any pictures or help would be appreciated. Thank you

    The wiring info is here.

The Harbor Freight manual has no wiring info.

I'm about to leave, but if that isn't enough and no one else chimes in I can look at my HF later today.

Hey Mike if you wouldnt mind taking a look I would really appreciate it. Wiring is not my forte and I dont understand the schematic well enough to feel comfortable. Thank you

Here it is. I didn't pull the covers to get to the motor to see what the numbers (if any) were on the motor leads. Hopefully, your motor has the same colors. I did notice it is not wired like the Lathemaster manual shows.

That diagram looks right to me... Their is a panel on the back which is held on by 4 small hex machine screws, All of the wires are behind this panel.

Really, the wiring diagram is dependant on the switch you have, if you google the part number of the switch you should be able to find a datasheet and wiring diagram.
