craftex lathe mill b2071 help

can anyone tell me about the craftex b2071 lathe mill. i am a newbie and i am considering buying a used one for $800 can. are these machines any good? how old are they? is there parts available? accessories? all and any information would be greatly appreciated. i would be using it for r/c boats,cars and just experimenting. thanks rcjman.
