    Dynamyte DM-3000 lathe schematic

We have an old Dynamechtronics DM-3000 CNC lathe that I would like to convert to Mach II control. (Just finishing up a DM-2400 mill conversion) I have all the manuals for the machine but they do not contain a schematic. Dyna will make me a copy of one for $15 but they have a $50 minimum, which makes for a really expensive copy. I was wondering if anybody else might have one they would mine sharing.

    Thanks,

    Hey Jeff,

If you're not able to get a hold of a copy let me know. I've been meaning to purchase a few parts for my DM-3000H lathe (big brother to yours) from Dynamechtronics and just haven't gotten around to it yet. I'm sure I'll be well over their $50 minimum when I'm done...

    Dave

Hi, I just got a Dyna 3000 lathe and would like to have a copy of the schematic. I also have a few questions about the lathe if somebody has the time...

    1. What is the bar feed option?
    2. What is the prob assembly option?
    3. What is the sync port for?
    4. Does anyone know where I can get some parts for it?

I have a few more questions but it would be nice to know what this stuff is.

    Thanks
    Rick

I played with mine before I even got it off the trailer, HaHa.
I even put a little bar stock in the chuck and turned a little off of it in manual mode.
I need to learn the book first, before I brake something?
I ordered BobCam for it. Hope it works out.

    Thumbs up

Hey guys. First post here. Kind of a buried place to post it.

Anyways, it would be great if I could get that schematic as well? I just bought a slightly used but currently not working 3000 lathe for $200.

Want to get it working and then possibly switching over to Mach3 with BobCad. Anyone else running this or any other set-ups?

Also, if anyone else has the manuals for a 2400 mill I would be willing to pay $$$.

    Thanks,

    Tom N

I do have the schematics for the 3000H. This is the larger hevy duty version. I don't know how compatable the schematics would be.

    Copy of DM-3000 Schematic?

Hello all- new to cnczone. I am helping a friend get his newly acquired DM-3000 lathe operational. Are the schematics that people are referencing actually wiring diagrams? I am looking for machine wiring diagrams and schematics at board level. Are these both available? Anyone have copies they could send me? Also, is there a service manual available. I greatly appreciate any assistance here.

    Kind regards,

    Mike
