My .$.02 worth. I've built the Shumatech unit and purchased glass scales from a source on their web site. I'm assuming the deal is still there. The unit is stand alone, easy to build, easy to install and not super expensive. A great unit for the money!!! Using it on my 3 in 1 is a pleasure!

The meister units from singapore seem to be about the same price as putting together one of the caliper based models, but are based on actual glass scales.

Anybody have one they can talk about?

Is it available from anywhere in the u.s. or does it have to be ordered from europe?
