| Just got a taig lathe. I just picked up a Taig Lathe. I'm going to want to CNC-ize it eventually and wanted to try to pickup on what others have done to automate their Taig Lathe. Also since this is my first lathe experience. Are their any good "How to use your lathe" sites out there. My main need for adding CNC to the taig is because that's the only real way to cut threads on it from what I gather. Anyway... any Taig Lathe help and advice is greatly appreciated at this point. Thanks.

| I don't want to insult you, but as you say it is your first lathe experience, I found this guide to lathe cutters quite good: http://www.jjjtrain.com/vms/cutting_tools_lathe.html#4 I have only been using a lathe for a few months, but really love my Taig |
