Pushing the limit of my 7 x 10

I needed to make some dies for a 3 roll bender I am building. I though hey...I have a lathe no problem.... The dies have a 4" diameter and are 2 1/2" thick. I had to purchase a 5" chuck from LMS to turn these bad boys. I also had to remove some of the cross slide pieces and make a new tool post mount.

The out side dies are driven by a 1/2 HP motor that goes through a 128:1 reducer then is chain driven through a massive #80 chain on that is connected to a 1 1/2" shaft. And yes...the keyways on the dies were tough to cut.
